This is a key leadership role where you will independently manage sales, client bookings, therapist recruitment, contracts, appointment scheduling, and social media marketing — all aimed at growing the brand and hitting ambitious sales targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close client bookings independently via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage therapists, including handling contracts and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Organize and update appointment schedules and therapist rosters daily.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and bookings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships and maximize repeat business.
  • Handle all social media engagement and respond promptly to inquiries to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Own the sales targets and achieve or exceed monthly sales and performance KPIs independently.
  • Utilize CRM and booking systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and therapist productivity for continuous growth.
