CARA PENYEDIAAN

Kaedah rawatan yang digunakan adalah hanya dengan meminum rebusan air daun rerama ini, sebagaimana konsep merendam dan meminum air teh.

1. Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian (1 bahagian untuk kegunaan 3 hari hingga seminggu)
2. Ambil satu bahagian, cuci dan bilas daun+batang+akar RERAMA dengan air biasa.
3. Masukkan ke dalam periuk + 4L air.
4. Panaskan sehingga mendidih dan tutup api. Biar sehingga sejuk.
5. Tapis dan masukkan ke dalam botol, jag atau bekas air dan simpan di dalam peti ais.
6. Minum 2 KALI SEHARI. Satu gelas pagi & satu gelas malam (satu gelas kira-kira 250 ml).
7. Jangan LUPA MINUM AIR KOSONG sebanyak yang mungkin. Sekurang-kurangnya 1.5 L sehari. Lebih lagi bagus.

Info dan Khasiat Daun Rerama

Nama saintifiknya ialah Mariposa Christia Vespertillonis. Berasal dari rantau Asia. Asia Mencapai ketinggian 1.5 hingga 2 kaki dalam masa empat bulan bermula dari benih. Daun yang sudah matang boleh dibuat ubat setelah mencapai tempoh empat bulan. Jika pokok dibiarkan selama setahun dan tidak dipotong, boleh capai ketinggian hingga 5-6 kaki. Terdapat dalam pelbagai warna, tetapi hanya warna hijau digunakan untuk perubatan buat masa ini.

Kajian saintifik penyelidik Jabatan Sains Bioperubatan, Fakulti Perubatan dan Sains Kesihatan UPM turut berjaya menemui ciri-ciri anti kanser dan anti keradangan pada tumbuhan berkenaan. Mengikut kajian terkini Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), daun rerama memiliki ciri-ciri anti-kanser. Ujian makmal Institut Bioteknologi Melaka pada 2010 menunjukkan daun rerama mengandungi 13 sebatian kimia yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan pelbagai jenis ubat-ubatan.

Selain berkesan merawat barah, daun yang bentuknya seperti kepak rama-rama itu boleh mengubati denggi, Sistem Lupus Erithematosus (SLE) dan penyakit lain berkaitan sel darah. Maklumbalas daripada pengguna menghidapi masalah radang paru-paru, gout dan jangkitan kuman turut memberi hasil positif.
