1. Business Management Executive
Join our management division and help lead daily operations across SP Men Tioman’s services — from bookings and marketing to vendor and therapist coordination.
This role suits those who are organized, reliable, and enjoy managing people and business activities.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing bookings, operations, and client relations
- Managing marketing promotions and service quality
- Coordinating therapists, vendors, and customer requests
- Assisting management with growth and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Male or Female, aged 18–35 years old
- Preferably based in Pulau Tioman
- Committed, proactive, and confident in communication
- Organized and capable of handling client & team matters
- Background in business, marketing, or hospitality is an advantage
- Full-time position (5-year contract)

2. Massage Therapist (Male – Outcall Service)
Join our professional outcall team providing massage and wellness services to clients in homes, resorts, and hotels around Pulau Tioman.
Perfect for candidates who enjoy flexible schedules and direct client service.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing professional body massage to male clients (outcall basis)
- Maintaining top service standards, cleanliness & professionalism
- Representing SP Men Tioman with discipline & respect
Requirements:
- Male, aged 18–35 years old
- Committed, disciplined, and willing to learn
- Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Beginners are welcome — training provided
