1. Branch Operations Manager
This high-growth structural ecosystem handles commercial digital traffic, remote booking architecture, high-conversion target workflows, and physical branch environments. Blending field deployment with strategic online systems, this role is built for independent, solution-oriented professionals who ensure all business flows, staff productivity, and location operations run flawlessly.
- Booking Systems & Inquiries: Lead and execute incoming B2C client communications, coordinate secure schedules, and streamline booking pipelines friction-free.
- Client Care & Message Management: Constantly monitor and rapidly respond to consumer channels across all touchpoints (80% online dependent) to maintain world-class customer support standards and manage retention frameworks.
- Talent Recruitment & Team Supervision: Take charge of sourcing, recruiting, and managing therapists, fitness coaches, and related support staff to maintain exceptional service standards and strict operational discipline.
- Social Media & Marketing Assistance: Manage and monitor corporate social media accounts, assist with localized marketing tasks, and run promotional workflows to systematically capture premium consumer segments.
- Document Control & Network Management: Systematically organize daily operational documents, track logs, and handle communications with essential vendors, third-party suppliers, and corporate assets with zero downtime.
2. Fitness COACH • MASSAGE Therapist
Drives our hands-on premium service ecosystem, managing individual body conditioning, physical maintenance, personal fitness tracking, and premium male therapy methodologies.
- Therapy & Conditioning Delivery: Apply advanced physical conditioning routines, gym guidance systems, specialized body recovery tracks, and male massage therapies safely.
